Private Pilates and strength coaching, taught at home in Cottonwood Heights. Sessions are one-to-one or with a friend — never more than two people — so the coaching stays exact.
Pilates and strength work are often taught as opposites - one slow and controlled, one loaded and driving. Longevity treats them as the same conversation by combining the deep core stability, alignment and control of pilates, with the progressive external loading of traditional strength training.
Mat-based work on breath, spinal articulation, and pelvic control — the groundwork that makes every lift afterward safer and more efficient. Sessions are small enough that form is corrected in real time, not after the fact.
Compound lifts, progressive overload, and honest rest days. No trend workouts — programming is built around what your body can actually recover from, tracked and adjusted session to session.
One-to-one mat sessions at home, built around your own mobility and history. The best starting point if you're new to the method.
Programmed strength work with form review and a Pilates twist, for people who want the dumbbell side without the guesswork.
Bring one friend or partner. Capped at two people so the coaching stays as close as a private session.
Pay as you go, or bundle sessions together if you know you'll be coming back.

My fitness journey started many years ago. Growing up on dance and gymnastics gave me a love for movement and fitness which has followed me through life in some form or another. As life seasons changed, so did my routine, and through this I found a love for Pilates, yoga and strength training. More recently I decided to take the step into teaching these disciplines and earnt the certifications required for personal training, Pilates and corrective exercise.
I love how these disciplines work together to build stability, strength, and length in the body. I work with traditional mat Pilates equipment — from balls to blocks, sliders, and bands — alongside dumbbells of various sizes to increase the challenge and intensity of the work where appropriate. Together, we can build a program that best fits you.
"I went into a session with a tight neck. Sarah instantly changed our session to start with exercises to release the tension. My neck felt so much better and we carried on with exercises taking it into account. I was so happy to be able to turn my head with more ease."
